semi-detached houses. of which we take note! we walk in and stop approvingly in the stately hall. in despair, we decide which of the five doors to open first. we choose the spacious toilet first, then the meter cupboard. on the left we enter the
study/hobby/practice or bedroom with 3 fixed cupboards. the other door from the hall gives access to the spacious living kitchen (with built-in appliances and french doors to the garden). the fifth door brings us to the living room. beautiful light, lovely green views, a beautiful natural stone fireplace with hearth and solid oak floor. through the open doors we walk through the kitchen to the utility room in the annex. and indeed with a complete kitchenette, a door to the garden and a door to the insulated garage (with french doors and wicket door).
we return to the hall. take the stairs and are amazed at the space, width and solidity on a large balustrade landing. solid doors everywhere, wooden door rebates, spray-painted walls and generous dimensions. we find that our serious gaze has changed to an open mind with a broad smile. you feel at home here very quickly. because of all the beauty, the pass is delayed. anyway, we're not done yet....
behind we see two bedrooms (one with walk-in closet). the two bedrooms in front are also already so big. and the bathroom is also spacious. we note a bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, toilet and mechanical ventilation.
through the fixed staircase we enter the attic. an open space with 2 velux skylights, 2 chimneys and storage behind the knee walls. also here is the nefit ecomline hr combi boiler from 2002. would you like two more rooms here? that is possible!
outdoor
the house is well insulated (energy label a). there is underfloor heating on the first floor (hall, kitchen, utility room and toilet).
the garden (south facing with wooden shed) around the house is pleasant and low maintenance. during the day there is everywhere a spot of sun or shade to be found on the terraces and seating areas. the driveway can easily accommodate 4 cars and you can make it a little dark inside by closing the shutters.
